If you have followed us in the past, you will know that we recently changed the farm’s name from Spring Mount Farms to Grow Happy Farms. We did this, because we felt the new identity really embodies more of who we are and what we are trying to do with this farm. We really enjoy growing food for other people; it makes us happy! We aim to make the people in our local community happy too by improving their lives with fresh, healthy produce. With how farming makes us feel and with what we are trying to accomplish, the name change just makes sense to us. We feel like our new identity is much more inline with who we are as a farm. Healthy Food, Happy You!
So, welcome to our new website! We have been working hard on this for quite some time, and we are thrilled to get this launched! Our new site is a place where you can learn more about us and also purchase our products. As part of this site, I am starting The Grow Happy Farms Blog. We have so many things going on at the farm! We’ve bought some land in the country and are hoping to move out there soon. You can see some of our adventures on working on this move through the blog. I’m also planning to offer helpful and interesting information about mushrooms and microgreens here too. To hear about everything going on by receiving our latest blog updates, please subscribe to our newsletter near the bottom of this page.
You can also find our farms’ products on this site. We offer mushrooms, microgreens, and grow-at-home kits. We ship our grow kits to anywhere in the US, but our live produce is only available for pickup to local customers. We grow fresh produce each week, so our storefront is updated weekly on Mondays or Tuesdays with what we have available for the week. We only grow small amounts each week, so quantities are limited. The best way to know what we have available each week and be able to purchase before we sell out is to subscribe to our newsletter below. For regular customers, we do offer a monthly subscription through our Farm to Table Club, which can save you a significant amount of money if you are purchasing each week.
So, that’s about it for now. Wow, this is my first time ever writing a blog post for anything! I must really be arriving in the year 2000 now! =D Thank you all for your continued support. We are very thankful for all of you, and I have greatly enjoyed getting to know so many of you through this adventure. I look forward to this new chapter in the farm. Healthy Food, Happy You!
